Teaching
In addition to our weekly worship services held on Saturday evenings at 5 PM and Sunday mornings at 9 AM, we provide the following resources to facilitate your expansion of knowledge and comprehension of the Bible and the teachings of Jesus Christ.
Worship and Teaching at Holy Trinity
Family Sunday School (Sundays)
For Pre-K through 5th grade; parents and older post-Confirmation children are included.
Confirmation (Sundays)
For sixth through eighth grade. Students complete a three-year course of study on the Bible, the Lutheran catechism, and church history.
A Longer Look at the Lessons (Sundays)
For teens and adults. An opportunity to dig deeper into each week’s three Scripture readings.
Information about the readings in their context is provided, with time for in-depth discussion.
Topics by Video (Sundays)
For teens and adults. A variety of subjects; in the past there has been a 5-week study on “One Thousand Gifts” by Ann Voskamp. This class provides a study guide and instructional videos.
Meanderings (Thursdays)
For teens and adults. Weekly discussions going through books on Biblical and theological topics.
Real World Theology (Wednesdays, monthly)
For teens and adults. Monthly lectures on theological topics, with time for discussion.
